I offer mobile reflexology appointments Monday - Fridays and these will be morning / afternoon / early evening at the set times available. If you are interested in an appointment outside of these hours or an evening appointment please contact me directly, I will always try to accommodate you.

A detailed health and lifestyle consultation is discussed prior to understand your holistic focus and overall outcome of how Reflexology may help you individually. Followed by a relaxing treatment on the feet focusing on key reflex points that all correlate with other parts of the body. Reflexology will help reduce stress and tension in the body achieving all round re-balance and detox.
This treatment is 45 minutes or you can opt for 60 minutes - Please allow for about 70m for setting up / down and a brief chat

Combine the 'Best of Both'. The addition of Facial Reflexology aims to relax and help remove stress by assisting the body to heal and rebalance itself. We start with facial reflexology, your face will be cleansed and a skin elixir be used for the treatment as well as a range of tools a crystals. Your feet will then be worked on to round up this wonderful top to toe treatment.
Treatment will be 45 m or 6o m and split into 2 parts (see below options) - Please allow for extra time for setting up / down and a brief chat
Zone Face Lift
12 week programme
The Zone Face Lift treatment is designed to balance the autonomic nervous system, improve lymph flow and most importantly get results that can take off 10 years in 12 weeks.
Zone Face Lift works by freeing constrictions both within the facial muscles and in the connective tissue, releasing emotions held in the face which impacts to soul leaving clients feeling like a weight has been lifted and you'll see this in their eyes and face.

A 12 week Zone Face Lift Programme is recommended to achieve the best results. However, a 6 week programme and individual sessions are also available to discuss.

Combination Treatment options
'Stress buster' - £45 - This combination treatment is 45m long and includes cleansing your face and a facial reflexology sequence focusing on points to reduce stress for Health & Wellbeing (20m) and a shortened foot reflexology sequence focusing on stress and relaxation (25m). Please allow for one hour total for setting up / down and a brief discussion.
'Ultimate Top to Toe ' - £55 - This combination treatment is 60m long and includes cleansing your face and a 15m facial reflexology sequence and a full 45m foot reflexology. Please allow for around 75m total for setting up / down and a brief discussion.
'The Wellness Ritual' - £70 - This combination treatment is 75m and consists of a face cleanse, a full facial reflexology sequence (hitting all facial reflex points) and a full foot reflexology sequence for the ultimate pamper. Please allow or 90m total for setting up / down and a brief discussion

Extra add on to your reflexology treatment - £8 - A wonderful 5 step facial routine (allow for extra time) consists of a full cleanse, exfoliation, mask, toner & moisturiser

It is recommended take receive a full course of treatments for the best results. 12 sessions over a 12 week period are recommended
Suitable for both women and men.
Payments will need to be made in advance and treatments booked and in the diary, this is extremely important to secure your weekly slot as I cannot hold spaces.
The 12 week course of Zone Face Lift will include a Facial incorporated into the treatment. A cleanser, exfoliator, mask, serum, toner and moisturiser will be included on week 4 / 8 / 12 .
Products used
In your Foot Reflexology Treatments I use Songbird Reflexology Wax which offer a plant-based alternative to a beeswax-based formula. All vegan waxes are 100% natural and fully certified by the Vegan Society.

During your Facial Reflexology Treatments I use the following Skincare Elixir created by Zone Face Lift Expert, Ziggie Bergman.
I send out a consultation prior to treatment explaining all ingredients and if you are happy for me to use the products on yout skin, alternatively I can use organic grapeseed oil.
